Staff Appreciation Week - May 2-6

Horn Book Fair - May 9-13
The Scholastic Book Fair is back and in person this year. More information to come but we're excited to announce the dates.
End of Year Celebration - Friday, May 13th from 5:30-7:30

6th Grade Party Planning - Saturday, April 16 at 9:00 at Sidekick
The annual 6th grade party is a longstanding tradition at Horn! If you would like to help plan the party or contribute in some way, please come to Sidekick Coffee and Books at 9:00am on 4/16. We'll get the ball rolling! Unable to join us but want to help? Email Laura (Lbroffitt@yahoo.com).
Thank you for the many financial gifts we received at conference time! We were able to gift each of our 51 teachers and staff who worked in conference day a CHOMP gift card. We also gifted our 17 paraeducators a HyVee gift card this week in honor or Paraeducators Day!

Horn Snack Wish List
Horn School makes snacks available to all students and the snack supply is running low. If you are able to donate snacks, it would be greatly appreciated. Snacks can be ordered from Amazon and shipped directly to the school or purchased locally and dropped off. Check out the picture and links below for ideas. It is important that snacks are not manufactured with nuts and are free of gelatin. The following are great snacks we can serve. Large bags or individually packaged are both welcome.
